CURRENT JOB QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
General Qualifications (Rewritten)
- Active Georgia RN License in good standing
- Current BLS/CPR Certification
- Negative TB test result
- Signed statement confirming clean history of patient care (no misconduct)
- Prior pediatric or home care experience preferred
Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)
- Active Georgia LPN License
- Current BLS/CPR and negative TB test
- No history of care misconduct
- Ability to follow care plans accurately
- Must work under RN supervision per state regulations
Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
- Must hold a valid CNA certification
- Completion of required orientation training
- Signed “No Misconduct” statement upon hiring
- Negative TB test required
- Ability to assist with daily living activities and vital signs
- Compassionate, patient, and professional bedside manner
Companions / Sitters
- Prior caregiving experience preferred
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English clearly
- Current First Aid and CPR certification required
- Physically able to assist clients with mobility and personal care
- Negative TB test required for all caregivers
