Developing a Custom Care Plan
After the initial assessment, Helpful Hand Healthcare. will craft a Custom Care Plan tailored to your loved one’s specific needs . You will always know exactly what care and services we recommend – transparency is key. Our care plan will outline the schedule, types of care (nursing visits, therapies, personal care, etc.), and any goals for improving your child’s quality of life.
